The forums are now setup. Please have a look and tell me if there are any
oddities (strange colors, hard to read text, references to "mvnForum" that
you think should refer to "The SWORD Project Forums", etc.).

Ok guys, I have a new CE binary ready for testing. Did some debugging
on the KJV that indeed wasn't showing up, and found that we were
returning null occasionally from XMLTag::getName() -- must have invalid
markup. So, we must check for .getName() == null first before sending
it to strcmp.

I have been eagerly awaiting availability of the mvnForum. My impression is
that a prototype was installed several months ago to gain experience, with
general availability to possibly follow based on experience.
