I used notepad ++ and converted the file to utf-8 without Bom and it worked !

ok then i was wrong. I did not work so i deleted xiphos and the sword project
and downloaded the version with the king james to be shure i put my bible in
the right directory's
Then I moved my bibles . i guess my presumption was wrong.

Thanks for your response . If i change Rawtext to zText i still have the no
entry error. I assume a uncompressed bible needs modrv= Rawtext and a
compressed bible needs Ztext so is i use the command " mod2zmod nbg " it is
pointing to a uncompressed bible with modrv= Rawtext in the c
