It seems that osis2mod does not handle well character entity
refferences ( &#x; ) in OSIS files.
I encountered this bug when I am using osis2mod Rev: 2169.
Does anyone know whether this bug was fixed in the newer
versions of osis2mod or not?

ave seen repeated claims that such and such a translation is PD,
only for it to be contradicted by the evidence that later comes to light.
e.g. For Portuguese translations this has been an ongoing saga.
