What are you saying Alex? 20$/h in Romania? wtf? for whom do you work? i work for medium sized company for a year in symfony, php, mysql and JS and i get payed 2$/h. this mean 330$/month? and we work for NCES (all schoools from USA). we do not make rag-tag webdesigned sites or other small projects.
