[sympy] Is it time to drop Python 2.5

The last time this was proposed [1], it was agreed that we should wait a year before proposing this again. It's been a year, what to we think? To recap the arguments raised previously: - 2.5 does not get security fixes anymore. The last release for 2.5 was in May 26th, 2011. [2]
