I think there could be reasons to substitute the summation variable such as
for printing purposes. Sum is passive
(it doesn't evaluate by default), so it is more than just a d

The attached patch works beautifully for the test case. In my opinion a

the summation variable is not necess

The reason that this is happening is that the limits of Sum are not being
substituted with subs.
Putting them in directly works as expecte
