For fastest post-HS times, it has to be Ralph King.
Easy enough to figure these out though. Hoffman's site has all the elite
Mile and 2-Mile times for HS'ers.

Stanford by one point. If so, the key to the Colorado win was a 26th place
finish (4th man on the team) by Steve Slattery, who was described to me as
not looking good at all at the 2M mark. His finish compares to

Well, My friend ran the Phili Marathon this weekend. He did that pretty
radical taper I mentioned to all of you... and I think it worked for him.
He finished in 2:36:41 for 15th place. Not bad for this 23 year old's (as
