All Indoor Races Included thru March 10
It is the unofficial mid-point of the track season, now that the Indoor
Championships have all been completed. The USTCA/RWI Collegiate Race Walking
Grand Prix has brought a total of 48 university race
Willingboro HS senior Mike Morrison cleared 7-4 1/4
(2.24) at the Nike Invitational in Landover, Md.,
today and had one very near miss at Gail Olson's
fabled national record of 7-5 (2.26) when the bar
didn't fall at 7-5 1/4 (2.27) until Mike was off the
mat with his hands in the air.
