That's why the athletes were required to prove fitness at either Decatur or
the Juniors. If they weren't fit they were pulled.

where we have an early state meet and a very short outdoor season summer
track helps advertise kids. The parents are learning this and putting
pressure on coaches to do summer track.

move forward. That's probably why we see so many out of state people at
our meets. If you need help organizing give our association a call and

are inferior to those obtained at USATF.

US why in the world should we go outside our own
house for athletes. If the USATF association in your area is not putting
on meets as well as hosting a quality Junior Olympics program then maybe
some of you should get involved in the local association. Just my .02.
