As minimum, openGeoDB:auto_update=* (automatic updates not performed),
openGeoDB:version=* (no sense outside of openGeoDB) and openGeoDB:layer=*
(openGeoDB internal concept) may be dropped without information loss.

I'd recommend removing all but :loc_id, so that the ID corresponding to the
_still_ available recordset on GitLab doesn't get lost.

I see a point of making tag discardable if there are say 100 000 000 uses
of it, but at this volume bot edit seems preferable over slowly removing it over
centuries as other edits are being made.
