copy of emails between tech support and myself:
WE9.3 stops talking with Firefox, I. E. 11, Fritz 12, Chessbase 11, and

In the case of the Scottrade Elite, here is a
I don't know what I did, but I found File Explorer--right where it
should be. I just kept pressing Escape and the left long bar at the
bottome of the machine. Very weird indeed. So if anyone answers my

Hi Linet,
I find that the best way for me to find my downloads is from the browser
itself.
In firefox, I just press control j
and I arrow through the list of downloads.
When I find the file I want, I press the context key and select
open containing folder, and I just open it
or cut
and paste it
What version of windows are you using? RJ

Hi Barbara,
I think you are having trouble finding the correct add on. The add-on manager

like some one on one help, maybe you can try calling the Microsoft disability

Hi Marc,
OK I did what this reference says, but I do not really understand. When I
go into Tools, then manage add ons, I have the toolbar and extensions

Hi Dennis:
If you have Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 and don't want to be forced to upgrade to
Windows 10, this program will stop the automatic download and installation
