Can someone tell me what set file should be associated when windows explore is open? On my system, no file is associated. It says default.set. Same when going into the desktop folder Owner. Please refresh my memory if it's suppose to be explore.set. If so, how do I go about associating it. than

I thought I had read something that says that there is also supposed to be a way with Anniversary Edition to cause Cortana results to be displayed by Internet Explorer instead of Microsoft Edge, but that it is separate from the default browser setting. As I recall, it was a change to the registry

Linette, Just open the Cortana search box with the Windows key and start typing Default. You'll get Default programs. Press enter and tab down through the buttons for mail, music, etc. until you find whatever browser is the default. You can also enter Choose a default browser and that will put
