Does anyone know how to get rid of the foreground staging screen in Windows 10? It basically locks up my system in the manner that I can not read anything else except the title bar unless I go to the desktop. I can then open a folder, but if I do anything in that folder, the blank foreground

First, make sure you have the factory settings for Chrome installed. You can see if they're installed and install them if not by opening the Window-Eyes control panel, Alt+F File, F factory Settings. Then when you install the app it will tell you that chrome.set is being replaced. This is needed
