Have you tried a restart of your system? I'm only suggesting this
because it works for me when it comes to bookmarks in IE11 especially
when reading Bookshare books.
At times I cannot use bookmarks, because the command, either to set them
up, or to go to one of them just isn't
so far i have no problems useing w e with wlm on windows 7 or 10. maybe the w e
wlm app that you need is not running and needs to be reinstalled?

I finally just called the Disability folks at mMicrosoft and took care

lost everything, and WE won’t install correctly on my win 10. I was finally
able to get jaws to where it would recover after the PC was in sleep mode,
without having to restart my pc.
