Don, Have you tried a restart of your system? I'm only suggesting this because it works for me when it comes to bookmarks in IE11 especially when reading Bookshare books. At times I cannot use bookmarks, because the command, either to set them up, or to go to one of them just isn't

I don’t even have WE on my PC anymore. IDel had to replace my harddrive so I lost everything, and WE won’t install correctly on my win 10. I was finally able to get jaws to where it would recover after the PC was in sleep mode, without having to restart my pc. Sent from Mail for Windows 10
