when i upgraded i only had version 9.0 full installation disk.
and after i upgraded with window eyes still installed and booted up windows 10
went into a endless loop and never got to the desktop.
luckily i did this with a backup removable drive.

Actually, that is not quite correct.
It is not necessary to uninstall Window-Eyes if you are upgrading a Windows 7
machine to Windows 10.
Rather, you can leave Window-Eyes installed.
After the upgrade, You must reinstall Window-Eyes in order to upgrade the audio
driver.

Thank you so much for this post. My laptop is updated to Windows 10 1903 as
of Tuesday. I didn't know about Storage Sense until reading this. We'll
have to check to see if this is turned on. I don't want to break Window-Eyes.
