You absolutely don't need to uninstall Window-eyes. I didn't do it when upgrading to various versions of Windows 10. However,r,r, the Windows installer is quite fickle about which programs it keeps after the installation. I would suggest that you always keep your program installation files, in case you have to reinstall Windows from scratch.
