its there in programs and features in
windows essentuals
click on that to start an uninstall. wlm will be there in the list. there you
can do a repair or uninstall.

Hello all,
Thanks very much for all your help. Just for your info, I did think of
uninstalling and reinstalling Wlm but, unfortunately I couldn't find where
to uninstall it.
WLM is not listed in the control panel's Default Programs nor in Program and
features. I also cannot find it in the list
