Hi Dave,
Based on how you said you'll use the computer, the home version would be the
best -- basically because it's the same as the Pro but cheaper for any future
upgrades. I would also say get the tandem version because, you're right, if
you need help then someone can remote in to your sys
view settings you may have configured.

Hi List,
I'm using Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 system and WE 9.2. When I open a
message, nothing happens. It doesn't read automatically and I can't even use
the arrow keys. I've tried alt-tabbing around but that doesn't work. If I
press CTRL-Shift-A, I hear browse mode not available. I c
Hi List,
Using WE 9.2 on Windows 7, what would be the keyboard way to access a pull down
menu from a mouse over link? I'm trying to access a document and need to get
to one of the options I was told is in the pull down menu that shows up when
you hover the mouse. Since I can't use the mouse
Hi List,
This may be a really dumb question but I'm going to ask it anyway because I'd
sure like to find out if there's anything I can do about it.
I'm using IE 11 with WE 9.2 on a Windows 7 system. The only thing I ever get

Hi List,
I'd like some recommendations of an easy to use and accessible using
Window-Eyes password manager program. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Oh yeah, using a Windows 7 computer and currently WE 9.1.
Thanks,
Nancy

Hi Casey,
I just started using Eset Internet Security and find it quite accessible with
Window-Eyes. I downloaded the free 30 day version but quickly found it was the
most accessible of all I considered. Good luck finding what works for you.

Hi Barbara,
What version of Malware Bytes are you using? That makes a difference as to how
to tell you where to find the activate button.

Marc,
I didn't see the option to purchase an SMA online the other day but noticed in
one of your previous emails that a request could be sent to sales. I sent an
email request and got an automatic reply that my request had been received and
was being reviewed. What does that mean? Will I ev

Hi List,
I was using Quicken 2009 relatively successfully but recently got a new
computer. I now have Quicken 2015 and am having trouble using it with WE (or
JAWS or NVDA for that matter). Is anyone using Quicken 2015 and, if so, can
you give me any suggestions or helpful hints?
Thanks,

Hi List,
Maybe a dumb question but here goes. I looked at the Outlook Enhanced app.
help file and it talks about using it with Outlook 2010. Does that mean that
what the app does and what the help file advises doesn't work with Outlook
2007? I'm new to Outlook and am still trying to figure
Hi Chris,
So are you saying that WE doesn't work with Adobe Reader DC at all? That's
what was put on my new computer and I haven't had much luck with it but I
didn't know if it was just me not knowing the program yet.

Ivan,
I didn't see any answers to your question yet so I can tell you what I've found
using I.E. 10.
When downloading, things seem to go into the last place something was
downloaded to. Meaning, when I downloaded books from BARD once they went into
my Pictures folder. That's because the la
