I checked for updates to Word 2010, and I have the latest and greatest
updates. Even thought I would download their File Converter, but this
also had no affect. Am still unable to read the entire document.
Strange that I can read 99 per cent, but just a few lines are not read.

Hi Kevin,
It looks as if something is blocking the update install from starting.
Any virus Checker or Pop Up Blocker running in the back ground?
It may be time to reduce the guessing, and call A I Squared's Tech
Support, and let them do the Educated guessing.
