Hi Rod: I think you are referring to the shortcut key. An accelerator key doesn't open a ribbon; it performs an action without opening the ribbon. BTW, "ALT-p" is the key-combination for Options in Outlook 2010. "ALT-t" should get you a ding. HTH. -Original Message- From: Talk [
