Try minimizing the ribbon. Tap on the Alt key and arrow right. For me the
"Minimize the Ribbon" tab is the last tab. Note if it is pressed or not. If
not, tap the spacebar while on that item. We should then speak "pressed.."
What may be happening is that a little pop up sits on the scree
