I have noticed this sometimes as well, as it seems that it is as though the
Control key is being held down when, in fact, it is not.
Restarting Window-Eyes usually corrects this for me, and not simply using
the normal Control-Alt-W hotkey, but Control-Insert-F4, and Enter, to close
Wi
Make sure Norton was removed using the removal tool and not just done
through add/remove programs.
I'm not sure where you get the removal tool so someone else will have to
answer that one.
