Turn on the insert key layout with alt-control-0.
Press insert-f10.

Hi Rod. Actually, That function does exist in Window-Eyes as well but you
have to use the zoomtext fusion layouts which uses the defaults.

or come close to it.
If you run Appget, you will find it under Productivity.
