Hi,
If it is the last Monday of the month regardless of the date, it sounds like
you have some kind of scheduled task running.
Open the task scheduler and see if there is a task set to run at that time,
what it is and stop it.

Control-Alt-W won't reload WE 8.4, since that hot key will only relaunch WE
in versions later than 8.4.
With WE 8.4, you must use Control-Insert-F4, which then pops up a prompt
with the default button of Ok, requiring you to then press Enter to close
WE.
At that point, Control-Alt-W
