Close Outlook.
Press windows-r for the run dialog and type/paste the below line in and
press enter.
%appdata%\gw micro\window-eyes\users\default\OutlookEnhanceAddin.vsto
Make sure that gets installed and reload Outlook.

Ms. Smith, what version of WE are you using? Do you have the proper set
files installed. Are any of the settings in the WE control panel not
