thanks Jon, I think I have figured it out. It looks like the outer polygon
needs to be drawn clockwise while the inner drawn anti-clockwise. I'm waiting
for a tile to render to confirm this. This does get a mention in the notes in
the relation Wiki page, but seems to be required for OSMARende

Today I wondered how tags should be named if the used word can be american or
british english (e.g. everything that contains centre/center in some way).
I wouldn't care which one to take, but I think there should be some policy for
that case.

BTW, your GIS should be able to read data directly from PostgreSQL/
PostGIS. All data in db stored in OGC standard called 'Simple
