suggests that 'living_street' objects should be attributed with a 'name'
tag. Meanwhile it is not uncommon for residential areas to have unnamed
alleys inside, and the latter may form a complicated network that
namespace is
also still pending (

despite of significant activity. Can you help in getting it created?
