Would it be a breach of some contract to give out e-mail addresses of users who are "Undecided" about the new licence? The reasoning is that they don't answer my messages, this means they don't use that e-mail any more, but we could individually find them by their old e-mail, if we knew it. I know

First (correct me Tom if I'm wrong) we don't seem to have a very high bounce percentage. 2nd naturally we could work around the privacy and data protection issues (for example by having an OSMF WG to investigate such addresses) if we thought that the effort would be worth it (see above). Just
