Another interesting video regarding nominatim is the presentation of
Sarah Hoffmann: Der OpenStreetM
I would not do that, as the ref-tag of the emergency_access_point might
conflict with the one of the highway. But that's just my opinion.
This overpass query gives access to an area with a lot of those emergency
points. You might investigate a few of them to see how the tag is used in
Germany,

Indeed, that's what I was looking for. I suppose an existing node of a highway
(usually an intersection) should be tagged with it, because it is a
'highway=...'-tag. Am I right?

Dat is niet de OSM id die in de result set staat, maar het zal idd van
