What about "meadows" that are used to keep horses ? Do we tag them as described in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Riding? I tend add "animal_keeping=horse" to them, as those places are only used to keep horses. Another question is related to many dykes in Flanders. Often they are only covered
