Hi all, Just heard Bart Tommelein on De Ideale Wereld this evening, state secretary of the north sea (amongst other things). There he said that the north sea is a pure federal responsibility, but the beach is a regional (thus Flemish) responsibility. However, the boundary isn't the high water line
