Segnalo questo progetto che raccoglie una lista (leggibile da computer) di ortofoto disponibili per fini OSM: https://osmlab.github.io/editor-layer-index/ Potrebbe avere senso aggiungere le fonti italiani che mancano al momento (per esempio quelli comunali dove esistono, penso a Bologna...).
