The address range fields are shown in BC, but just not filled in like
they are in Alberta. ... It isnt being used because we havent found a
way to use it yet.
Hopefully, when i learn how to use geobase2osm, i'll have the answer.

Does anyone want an .osm file to be made that just has the 4 address
range fields (and the proper source tags) made as i go through with

What u have is great!
It was only a few nodes with no source tags, which is why i wondered.
You might want to create a wiki page for it, and a chart indicating
all the tags your using.
It looks like the tag format is right, but because its a bulk import,
it needs to be added to the 'potential data

It should be sufficient to keep the canvec:UUID, source and attribution tags,
and maybe a few of the other canve
