I'm a new user to OSM and I've been enjoying it so far. I have done some
edits to various places in BC that I know well. I posed a question, seen
below at the OSM forum regarding data from the City of Kamloops that is
freely available. I received permission from the GIS Coordinator at the
Grr, reply to.
Can we get that fixed?

so I will introduce myself a bit. I did the NRN import (government
roads) for Kamloops, but I live in Chilliwack. It took a great deal of
time (about a week, I believe) to merge the NRN data with the data
that was already
Interesting license. It makes no mention about use, redistribution,
attribution or anything. I don't know enough about Canadian copyright
law to see if that allows all use or bars all non-personal use. You
might want to quickly confirm on legal-talk before uploading.

Hi Matthew...
Great to have another active mapper in Kamloops. I think that now makes
two. Anyway, I've contacted you off list to see if we can get together
and get something organized. I would be happy to help. The City does
have a beautiful data set, subsets of which could be a worthwhile
