We did have the Vancouver meetup about 2 years ago (has it already been 2
years?). Unfortunately it wasn't enough for the genesis of a regular group.
I guess I wont get to be in a Vancouver osm group for a while since I will be
moving up to Yellowknife in one week. Maybe somebody else lurking
