[Talk-ca] Import du Réseau Vélo Métropolitain

Un contributeur a démarré la discussion Montreal Bike lanes import sur la liste Import  dans le but d'importer les données du réseau métropolitain.  Je l'ai invité a venir discuter sur la liste Talk-ca, qui me semble la première place où discuter avant de soumettre à la liste import. voir
