We replace "error" with "issue" on displayed string in website and on
wiki where we talking about possible error.
You may help by update the translation in your own language.

The critical remarks made by Simon and Martin are basically requests for
better wording or category, i.e. "warning"/"potential error" instead of
"error". Any such instrument has this potential side effect and
