I doubt we need two parallel sections. If we're aiming at one full day
(or two half-days), we can allocate a couple hours for talks in Russian.

Hi guys from Latvia!
Finally someone started to discuss idea of regional meeting, thank you for
that. I suggest to take this discussion over talk-balt...@openstreetmap.org,
as everyone subscribed to talk-ee/talk-lv/talk-lt can also participate.

My vote is for Tallinn. Just because I live there and it is easier for me :)
I suggest to choose city where the most mappers are located. It's just more

Okaaay, mailing list digest doesn't even want to display Russian

So, the follow-up. As Vladimir has said just now, we'd prefer Tartu,
because it is closer to Latvia and Russia, and I guess estonian OSM
community has more connections there. It's too early to count

Just to clarify.

In 2011 quite a few participants of the russian OSM forum took part in the
SOTM-EU conference in Vienna. It was an excellent opportunity for us to
meet both OSM "celebrities" and ordinary OSM members.
Last year SOTM was in Japan, this yea
