Thanks very much! I think this is likely to be the best freely available
data source, so I think it's still worth pursuing for inclusion in
OpenAddresses. If you know of a better source of open Spanish address data,
though, please let me know.

Hi Tom,
As commented above cadastre is not a good place to find the exact directions
, because the coordinates associated with the parcels is the "centroid"
(actually a point in the parcels) that does not correspond to the address
You can download the data without certificate if you know the url.

You need a valid ID electronic card (DNI-e) to download ANY data from the
cadestre
database. Moreover, you have to fill a form where you have to provide your
localizacion,
work and the amount of € that the use of that particular dataset have save in
