[Talk-GB] name=Driveway & more "splitting into 2 way to tag restriction"

Hi Two parts to this post. 1) A user https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/mustafa_geo has made some country wide amendments where service roads are being named 'Driveway' They all appear to be related to parcel delivery stations. It seems very unlikely they all have the same dubious 'name'.

I'm not on irc much at the moment, sorry. In general you can ping d...@osmfoundation.org with requests for mapper blocks, supplying context. This sounds like a call for a zero-hour block, which obliges the mapper to log in and read messages before editing. I will have a look when i get off
