Bharuch is using a GPS reciever. Or is there any way I can request for an
aerial mapping or satellite imagery of the area?

josm and bing sat as background works. resolution is not too high thoug.

While playing around with bhuvan, i found out that their wms layers of
national highways and hospital were actually made using osm data. I did a
quick comparison to verify:
