How to add, edit, remove tag for an object without Potlatch, Merkaartor
or JOSM ?
For example. For France, I'd like to add tag name:ty.
- I try on JOSM.
- I search france. It results many names with france.
- I select | Name : France, Europe | Type : boundary | Class Type :

I would like to add names in languages of French Polynesia. How to do ?
ISO code for writing and speaking is the same ?

Whao, interesting answers from everyone. I learned many things.
I've never thought that IETF are interested by languages in the world,
and that IANA have a database of languages.
It removes my doubts on translation projects for other softwares
(OpenOffice / LibreOffice, spellcheker ...).
