Any WMS can be used as a background in JOSM, but it doesn't give an
assurance that it's OK for OSM. Anyone can use josm in other mapping
projects outside osm. I sometimes use it for other mapping needs
because of the really cool editing functions.

But we need to do something with those URLs... I doubt many people will
stand in front of the poster writing them down. Something like
www.openstreetmap.org.ph/marikina would be better, then we can link to
other things like those hideous facebook urls from there.

Also agree with Ronny on the URLs, it isnt a webpage. We could use OSMPH
domain but even that is long, how bout something like
bit.ly/MarikinaMappingParty or something very easy to remember. and I
suggest 1 link only. Maybe to the wiki page or the F

We need to decide to which page it will direct. The OSM Wiki is flexible but
has too many links on the page (related to the wiki infrastructure).
Facebook is simpler, but we cannot cram stuff in there (which means that we
need to link to another page).

I actually think that's pretty cool that a resort would go out of its
way to add itself to OSM. Tells you that they acknowledge OSM and deem
it important to add themselves to the map.

want there. I'm not sure how to do that, I think its called FBML page or
something, but ya its possible.
