I don't remember, if we have a consensus on this issue. As we all
know, most national highway are unnamed. The name national
highway is of little importance in navigation other than knowing this
maybe the major road (trunk, primary) leading to other towns.
I propose:
- We drop the name

i visited Cantilan, Surigao del Sur last week and was able to gather tracks
in the towns of Surigao del Sur (CarCanMadCarLan)
and will update the map one of these days.
I only noticed the national highway from surigao city to cantilan is labeled
to Placer in reference to Placer town of
