Classifying by runway length does make some sense to me, but I really have no idea how Mapnik or any other renderer works. Not sure if this would in fact be easy or not. It also means a renderer needs the runway tagged as a way or polygon in order to make a decision. What is a renderer to do wi

Steve, Sorry there haven't been meetings. We have discussed it some within the OSM US board meetings. I realize this is not very a community and should be rectified. The volunteers in Georgia have a conflict with the previous meeting time. I've been handling sponsorship, we will put up a list

In my town of 6500 people the GNIS import claims there are three airports, plus one the next town over. GNIS is basically right, but the admin_level (whatever; I don't care about the name) would help a lot. We have: Minuteman Airfield, a real public-use airport for small planes. 2 runways,
