It's true that most ramps in the U.S. don't have names, but I do know of a few
that appear to. In particular, the I-4/I-75 junction in Tampa appears to have
named ramps.

This has been added ahead of time for years. It will be on the ground and
most people at Burning Man are unlikely to have internet connection, but
use applications with download OSM data. I see no reason this can't be
added this year the same as in the past by the US OSM community.

Mikel and I added the first sets of streets into OSM many years ago
and I can assure you that the surveyed streets will match the defined
parameters with incredible precision. I.e. its fine to take the golden
spike and street radials and distances and calculate the street grid.
