Hi, Mapping bike lanes here in Salt Lake I get confused by the different types of bike lanes and how to map them. There's regular bike lanes, which I tag cycleway=lane, but then there's also "green shared lanes"[1] and "signed shared roadways"[2] which I'm not sure how to map. Is there a conventio
