[OSM-talk] Proposed bot edit: close notes with just "site" or "SITE" in the report

I am doing it semimanually so far (all closures are human reviewed) For some reason it keeps being repeatedly done at relatively large scale. I propose a bot edit that will automatically close all notes that had "site", "SITE" or other capitalisation variant, also if there are extra whitespace
