You might know that 4.0.34 had a bug in editing folder properties. We have
fixed that bug and and made a new version, 4.0.36, available on the website.
There is nothing new in 4.0.36 since 4.0.34 except the bugfix above mentioned.

I set my main window to my individual taste instead of using one of
the pre-defined lay-outs. Up till before beta 24 my lay-out was
retained through closing and re-starting TB. Not anymore.
TB loses the chosen lay-out at closing.

open account or folder properties, click to New message template and click
to Preview. In Preview template dialog click to Options tab and check
"Active account" dropdown, there is no account selected, which was OK for
Quick Templates, but not for account or folder in account.

I have opened account properties, selected New message template, selected
HTML template and with no other changes, closed Account properties. When I
reopen dialog again, Plain text template is selected.
