My keyboard is behaving strangely with this new version. It is not configured
correctly. I've tried to write in other programmes to check if it was a sudden
system problem, but no. It's only with TB! This never happened before. Is there a
palce in the programme where we can configure

Not the keyboard as such but the default character set used fro writing
messages in TB. See Options/Preferences/Character Sets and also, after
opening editor to
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-
